The residents can expect to go about the daily activities of their own choice and expect that their new home will be just that—their own home, shared in community with other residents, who come together to socialize, plan activities, and share their knowledge and wisdom with each other. They are expected to maintain the house as if their own, but they don’t have to worry about major repairs as these will be provided and biweekly cleaning of common areas.
