The New Golden Girls

It's like in the shows "The Golden Girls" in the 80's and 90's and more recently, Netflix's "Grace and Frankie", where older adults decide to live together as housemates in one home. They need to keep their independence but don't want to be alone in their own house or apartment or be in a retirement community. They desire the freedom to live fully, with enough space but less expense, stuff, maintenance, and insecurity. They are capable of taking care of themselves, but they long for some company and mutual support to feel safe and not be isolated and lonely.
In our unique living option, they can live their golden years on enjoying life their way, their choice. They will share a pleasant and safe home, in a good neighborhood, with 2-4 older adults who may become their friend. Here, they decide what to eat or what they do each day. They can choose to retreat in their own private bedroom for "me" time or be in the living room for some chat. Best thing, there's always someone to ask them "how's your day?"
