Home Shared Home is a safe, smart, comfortable shared housing for older adults located in Southern Nevada. It is created to empower 55+ adults to live independently and comfortably by providing shared housing and services. We provide shared living arrangements for seniors looking for affordable lifestyles who want to live smarter by spending less time and money on house maintenance, using technology and universal design to improve safety and comfort while enhancing social connections. Living with housemates instead of living alone will enrich their lives by cutting home expenses, boosting their social networks and increasing their safety support system. Each tenant has his/her own private bedroom with either a private or a shared bath with one other resident, and shares common areas like the kitchen, dining room, living and family room, garage and backyard.

With the rapid increase of the baby boom population, our nonprofit provides a much needed housing option that meets their specific needs. Home sharing is an increasingly important component in the quest to use existing housing stock more efficiently.
